Return Policy

If a fabric or item is defective or incorrect return it for replacement or refund. Fabric must be uncut and unwashed. Items must be in its original packaging and unopened. In the case of non-defective returns, if free shipping was provided for the original purchase, you will be refunded the original purchase price less the amount we paid to ship the item to you. Software items can't be returned once opened unless defective. Defective software will be replaced with the same software title. Items must be returned within 30 days.

Guarantee

We will ship orders within 3 business days of when orders are placed. If you have any questions please feel free to call us at 1-860-404-0074or email us at customerservice@lifesastitchct.com. If you need an item in a hurry call and we can express the items to you for an additional fee, we will find out how much and notify you of all costs before shipment.

Some History...

This is a family business based on my passion of quilting. A passion passed on to me from my Memere (grandmother). My Memere made several quilts over the years. Many of which were distributed throughout our family, to her children and grandchildren. My Memere lived a few towns away when I was a small child. We would see her often. When she made the decision to move back to Canada I missed her soooo... much. I would take the quilts she made and wrap myself in them when I missed her. When I was wrapped in her quilts I felt I was wrapped in her arms. I knew how much love she put into those quilts. My Memere passed away several years ago and I continue to get hugs from her when I am wrapped in one of her quilts. I have made several quilts for family members and friends when I felt they could use a hug. I pour my heart and my soul into every quilt that I make. My hope is that my quilts bring as much joy to the recipient as it did to me to make it. So with this web site I hope to spread more joy and hugs though the handy work of other people.

I would like to thank my family for the ongoing contributions that they make. The website has many ideas from my youngest daughter.

As a family we decided we would like to give back. We have some favorite charities we will make some contributions to.
